You’ll receive a questionnaire to help us understand your business, challenges, and goals. We’ll also ask for access to review your current digital presence (website, social media, etc.).
During the Session
We’ll conduct a thorough review of your digital presence, discuss your goals and challenges, and collaboratively develop strategies tailored to your specific situation. Expect an interactive, strategic conversation focused on actionable outcomes.
After the Session
You’ll receive a detailed action plan with prioritized recommendations, timelines, and next steps. For retainer clients, we’ll schedule your ongoing sessions and establish communication channels.
Are sessions conducted in-person or online?
We offer both options! Most sessions are conducted via video call for convenience, but we can arrange in-person meetings in Metro Manila for Executive Advisory clients.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Strategy Session fees are non-refundable once the pre-session questionnaire is completed. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Can you implement the recommendations for us?
Absolutely! While consulting sessions focus on strategy, we can absolutely execute the recommendations through our website, social media, and branding services.
